The Windsor Square Association, in conjunction with Larchmont United Neighborhood Association (LUNA), the St. Andrews Square Neighborhood Association and the Ridgewood-Wilton Neighborhood Association, will be hosting an online candidate forum with the four candidates in 2026 for CD13 Councilmember: Colter Carlisle, Dylan Kendall, Rich Sarian and Hugo Soto-Martinez.
