If you would like to add some green to your parkway, the city will oblige. Here's what you can have gratis: one 15-gallon tree, installation, staking and the initial watering. (You can have more and bigger, but you must pay for the additional.) Here's how to get your greenery: simply e-mail your request to WSA Board Member Scott Goldstein at canopy@windsorsquare.org.
