You are cordially invited to the Windsor Square Association Annual Town Hall Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025, at The Ebell, 743 South Lucerne Boulevard.
We are pleased to announce that this year’s meeting will include addresses by our Windsor Square neighbor Mayor Karen Bass as well as by City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto.
We will also review Association activities during 2025, including crime and public safety, block captains, land use, emergency preparedness and other community concerns. Association directors for 2026 will be elected, and the 2025 Squeaky Wheel award will be presented to a neighbor whose efforts have improved the quality of life in Windsor Square.
Our annual meeting is an opportunity to discuss issues of mutual concern with Association directors, block captains and other Windsor Square residents. It also is a time to meet with police officers, civic officials, private security companies and others who provide services to our neighborhood.
